Some Relief from High Electricity Rates

Thousands on Manheim Township residents were without electricity for a brief time Saturday morning.

According to Lancaster County Control, the outage happened after wires sparked at a utility police in the 1000 block of Creek Road just before 4:00 a.m

Around 7,000 customers were without power for a short time.

As of 9 a.m. this morning only 215 customers remained without electricity.
