Pennsylvania State Police is investigating three armed robberies in Franklin County.The robberies occurred at three different businesses. The Sunoco located at 3448 Black Gap Road was robbed on May 27, at 10 p.m. The Rutter’s at 4030 Lincoln Way East was hit two days later, on May 29th at 10:20 p.m. The Fuel Up located at 1891 Philadelphia Avenue was robbed on June 01, 2014 at 9:33p.m.
In each case, a white male entered these businesses and robbed the teller, taking cash. At the first two locations the suspect displayed a long gun. At the Fuel Up location, the robber displayed an ice-pick style weapon. Police think the same bandit is responsible for all three robberies.
