THIS EVENING: The muggies will be with us for awhile. Scattered showers and isolated rumble of thunder will continue through around 8pm then will fizzle out. Skies will remain partly to mostly cloudy with haze and fog developing overnight. Temps fall out of the upper 70s to the low 70s.
MORNING: Lows will be mild in the mid to upper 60s. There may be a stray shower, otherwise, we are starting muggy and warm with hazy and foggy conditions. Visibility may be limited for a few showers but the heating of the sun will help to thin out the fog and haze leading to a little more sunshine mixing in and out of the clouds.
TOMORROW: Afternoon isolated showers and thunderstorms will be possible. It remains noticeably humid and warm with highs in the low 80s. A little warmer with more breaks in the cloud cover expected.
OUTLOOK: We remain unsettled the next several days. The humidity will be high and we don’t get relief until Friday. A warm front will try and lift through the area Wednesday which will reinforce the heat and humidity across the area. so sticky days will remain with the threat for scattered afternoon showers and thunderstorms each and every day. Highs will hover in the low 80s. Friday a cold front will cross the area bringing a chance for scattered showers and thunderstorms. It will also bring a welcome end to the humidity as drier air funnels in by the weekend.
FATHER’S DAY: The upcoming holiday is looking almost perfect for dads. It will be mostly sunny and much more comfortable. Highs will warm to the low 80s.
Have a wonderful weekend and enjoy the sunshine!
