A federal grand jury in Harrisburg indicts two illegal aliens in two unrelated cases.  Agustin Lopez-Velasco, 38, a native and citizen of Mexico was handed  a two count indictment.  According to Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents say, Lopez-Velasco, previously arrested and deported from the United States in March 2011, re-entered the U.S. illegally. He also knowingly possessed a fraudulent permanent resident card when he was apprehended in Franklin County.

If convicted, Lopez-Velasco faces a maximum sentence of up to 12 years in prison and a $500,000 fine.

In the second case, Jose Galarza-Buestan, 29, a native and citizen of Ecuador is charged with knowingly possess, use, or attempt to use a fraudulent social security card and birth certificate during an encounter with ICE agents in York.

If convicted, Galarza-Buestan faces a maximum of 10 years in prison and a $750,000 fine.
