U.S. Marshals arrest a suspect wanted in an armed robbery in Cumberland County. Vincent Garnet Martin, 24, is arrested in Franklin County.
Martin was being sought in an early morning robbery on April 30 in South Middleton Township. A warrant for Martin’s arrest was issued on June 9th, charging him with Robbery, Burglary, Terroristis Threats with Intent to Terrorize Another, Simple Assault, Theft by Unlawful Taking. Pennsylvania State Police requested the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force for assistance in locating Martin.
Martin was taken into custody without incident this morning in the 300 block of Stone Gate Circle North in Chambersburg.
