Three people were arrested Thursday night after a dramatic chase through West York following a heroin deal, police said. Authorities said it started with a heroin deal between people in two cars–which then turned into a robbery and assault.
The two drivers began chasing one another and then rammed each other while driving 50 miles per hour through borough streets until they crashed.
One of the drivers was arrested at the scene while the other took off.
Investigators eventually arrested the second driver and a passenger.
No word on the identity of the people arrested.
More information is expected to be released today by West York Borough Police.
