This would be a good time to find out how this 14 year old punk got a firearm. Where is the outcry from Jackson and the other idiot Sharpton on this fine citizen???

Kudos to the York City Police for getting this guy so quickly, his mugshot looks like a zombie.

Very sorry the shots were fatal, that's way too young, horrible.

Don't see any history of robbing people or beating people all I'm seeing is this kid out after curfew walking up to the red BMW owned by Patrick Winter who was also out after curfew, firing two shots, and running for it. According to the Philly paper he was brought in that morning with his mom and grandfather. I couldn't find Green's dad but it looks like Winters dad lives right around the corner.

I'm not really a fan of blaming the victim, especially when there is no proof, the best I could find was that it was not known if they knew each other.

According to YDR Winter is the son of a local businessman who has been the owner/operator of a barbershop for the past 17 years, Winter was licenced to follow in his dad's footsteps since the age of sixteen. Earlier in the day he had been helping his father in preparation for Fathers Day. Thereafter he went to a party that Green was also attending. He had shuttled some people back home and was back to pick up some girls when he was shot by Green in front of witnesses.

Playing to stereotypes does nothing but dehumanize all of us who live in the city and in the long run makes it harder to build a better life.

Welcome to Somalia USA . Did you know that if you remove all black on black murders from any 5 major city the US WOULD HAVE ONE OF THE LOWEST MURDER RATES. Now try to define the problem without sounding racist. Ohhhhh blame it on the guns huh

Maybe you didn't go back far enough. Maybe he's still in elementary school. It's obvious he has a very immature brain!
