NOT AS COOL TONIGHT
The comfortable sleeping weather continues for another night, but it won’t feel quite as chilly. Skies remain mostly clear across the region. Temperatures fall into the upper 50s to lower 60s. Enjoy it while it lasts! Changes are on the way.
TURNING WARM AND HUMID
It’s a little early, but a summer feel begins the new workweek! Monday the humidity begins to climb again, along with temperatures. There’s a chance for mid to late afternoon thunderstorms. Highs are in the middle to upper 80s on Monday. Aside from the small storm chances, there’s plenty of warm sunshine. This bumps temperatures into the upper 80s Tuesday and Wednesday, with some spots pushing 90 degrees. A few thunderstorms are still possible.
INCREASING STORM CHANCES
The chance for some showers and thunderstorms continues through the rest of the week, but widespread wet weather is most likely at week’s end. It’s still very warm and humid. Temperatures begin in the middle to upper 80s Thursday and fall into the lower 80s on Saturday, the official start of summer. Sunday the chance for showers and thunderstorms continue with highs in the lower 80s.
