Two men are arrested on gun and drug charges after one of them was spotted working the action on a handgun in the parking lot of a Sheetz. Police got  the call around 4am at the Sheetz located at 1180 Manheim Pike. A concerned citizen called in to report a man in a dark colored SUV handling the gun.

Officers arrived and then saw the vehicle, a black 2009 Nissan Rogue with two occupants, leaving the Sheetz parking lot and go the wrong way on a one-way street.
