A teen from Daytona Beach, Florida closely resembles one of the main characters from Disney’s “Frozen” — but it may not be the one you would expect.
This Anna looks like Elsa.
While visiting the Altamonte Mall in Altamonte Springs, Anna Faith Carlson, 18, who goes by Anna Faith, posed for a picture with a cardboard cutout of Queen Elsa from Disney’s hit animated musical.
“We had just finished a modeling job in Orlando and my mom and best friend wanted me to take a picture with the cutout,” Faith explained. “My hair was up and I looked like a mess, so I didn’t want to at first.”
Taking the photo turned out to be a great decision.
It wasn’t long after the photo was posted to Instagram that the world started to see the strong resemblance between Faith and Elsa.
“I saw the movie sometime in December, not long after it came out,” Faith said. “It wasn’t long after it came out that people started saying that I looked like Elsa.”
Since the photo went viral on social media, Faith has gained more than 80,000 Instagram followers and has received thousands of comments from fans that see the resemblance.
Photos of Faith with her sister, Lexie Carlson, and best friend, Brittany Dufoe, dressed as Elsa’s sister, Princess Anna, have also created a buzz on social media.
“They both have dressed as Anna with me, but it’s mostly my sister and I,” she explained.
The girls have done several appearances at schools and hospitals.
“We of course do the appearances for free,” Faith said. “I just love seeing the kids and seeing them smile is so special.”
