A man was taken to the hospital Saturday morning after being shot in York City, police said. It happened just before 10 a.m. at Penn and Market Streets.
Witnesses a tell FOX43 News that police were on the scene in a matter of minutes and that a man was handcuffed and put into a police vehicle.
Officers at the scene declined to further comment about the investigation.
