Lancaster man arrested twice in two hours

A Lancaster man is arrested twice within two hours on Saturday.

According to police Justice Speller, 27, was arrested around 4:30 a.m. at Walmart located at 890 E. Main Street, Ephrata Township for failing to pay $400 dollars worth of merchandise.

Police processed and released Speller. Speller told police he was going to walk back to he car that was parked in the parking lot at Walmart.

Around 6:00 a.m. an officer seen Speller riding a mountain bike eastbound  in the 600 block of E. Main Street. The officer stopped Speller and he admitted to stealing the bike from a residence.

Speller is now facing charges of retail theft and theft by unlawful taking.
