Police in Dauphin County charge five men in connection with a weekend armed robbery. Sunday at about 11:22 pm, Swatara Township Police were flagged down near the Chestnut Pointe apartment complex in the 3600 block of Chambers Hill Road for a robbery.  The victim told officers that he had been robbed of his watch, cellular phone and wallet by a black man armed with a silver handgun.

The victim said the suspect was in a car with three other men who had just driven him from his home to Chestnut Pointe. Police immediately began searching the neighborhood for suspects, but found no sign of them.

Investigators eventually identified the men as Tyre Frye, 20, Nafis Cobb, 22, Dylan Stewart, 20, and Arron Acri, 18.  The four men are charged with Criminal Conspiracy to Commit Robbery. Following arraignment Frye, Stewart, and Acri were sent to Dauphin County Prison in lieu of bail.  Cobb was released after posting bail.

Police recovered a .38 caliber handgun allegedly used in the robbery on Monday. It was in possession of Malik McMillian, 18, of Harrisburg.  He was taken into custody while attempting to sell the weapon  in the parking lot of the Harrisburg Mall.  McMilian is charged with Carrying a Firearm without a License. Following arraignment he was sent to Dauphin County Prison in lieu of $75,000 bail.
