Lancaster City police have charged a 17-year-old boy in connection with a disturbance  and shots fired incident on Sunday morning. Officers were called to the 800 block of Union Street for a report of shots fired at 9:32 a.m.

Witnesses told responding officers that the suspect fled into a home along the 300 block of Fairview Avenue.

Investigators surrounded the home and ordered everyone out of the home. Four men and three women walked out of the house. Officers found a 17-year-old boy hiding in the attic and recovered two guns.

Authorities found six shell casings along Union Street. No one was hurt in the shooting.

Police charged the 17-year-old with carrying a firearm without a license, possession of a firearm by a minor and recklessly endangering another person. He was taken to the Youth Intervention Center.

While investigating the incident, police also arrested Joel Ramos, 20,  on outstanding warrants.
