A five year child is dead after being run over by a truck in southern Lancaster County. It happened at about 5:29 pm Thursday in the driveway of the child’s home in the 100 block of Pine Grove Road in Little Britain Township. The driver of the truck, reportedly the boy’s father just saw his son as he was backing up in the driveway.
The child was pronounced dead at the scene from head injuries. The county coroner ruled the death accidental.
