A North Carolina took drastic measures to protect his privacy, he put up a 10-foot-wide line of tarps around his home. Tony Jones says he did it because he’s frustrated by some of his neighbor’s surveillance cameras that are pointed at his house.
Jones went on to say the cameras have stopped any of his friends from coming to his house because they don’t want to be recorded on the cameras. Jones’ neighbors say the tarps are an eye sore and need to be taken down.
Jones emailed county commissioners asking for tougher privacy rules. The county attorney told commissioners legally there is nothing they can do.
