Palmyra police looking for convenience store robber

Police are looking for the person who robbed a convenience store in Palmyra on Saturday afternoon.

It happened at the JM Mart located at 102 East Main Street around 2:18 p.m.

Investigators said the suspect entered the store, approached the clerk and demanded money. He was last seen running south on South Chestnut Street with an undisclosed amount of cash.

Th suspect is described as a white male, possibly in his late teens or early 20s, wearing a green hooded jacket with either a built in hat brim or wearing a green baseball cap,  black shorts and dark colored shoes.

No one was injured during the robbery. Police said no weapon was shown.
