An elusive young black bear wandering around neighborhoods in Cumberland County has been captured. Matt Hay saw the bear playing on his neighbors backyard child swing set at around Noon today. He said the cub’s head was stuck momentarily on the set. His neighbors were away at the time.
The cub’s adventures were put to an end this afternoon when it was captured by the Pennsylvania Game Commission wardens. The bear was tranquilized and safely taken away.
