State Police are investigating a crash that occurred overnight in Harrisburg injuring two people. The crash happened around 12:30 a.m. on Thursday along the 100 block of N. Cameron Street.

According to police, a  2005 Dodge Caravan was speeding along the road when the driver lost control of the car, hitting a curb and then a tree. Police say the driver was ejected from the car because he was not wearing his seat belt.

The driver and his passenger suffered serious injuries and both are currently in Hershey Medical Center for treatment.

Police say further investigation into the accident will determine if alcohol was also a factor in the crash.
