Starting Wednesday drivers will see an increase on the Pennsylvania Turnpike. The speed limit will increase to 70mph on part of the highway in Central Pennsylvania. It will affect a 100 mile stretch from Chester to Cumberland counties. That means from the Blue Mountain interchange to the Morgantown interchange.
