A federal judge sentences Richard Haines, Jr., 60, of Lancaster, to 10 years in prison for possession of child pornography and enticing a minor to engage in sexually explicit conduct so he could take pictures and with possession of child pornography. Haines plead guilty to the charges last September.

Haines took photos of a female relative in various stages of undress. While on bail awaiting sentencing, he tried to influence the victim to testify on his behalf at sentencing. His bail was revoked and he has been in custody since October 2013.
