State Police in Perry County are investigating an attempted kidnapping.
According to police a man and a woman in a van approached a group of young children, both boys and girls ages 6 though 9, and yelled at them to get inside their van.
The victims ran and the van slowly drove away police said. The incident happened around Tuesday afternoon along 200 block of Water Street in Landisburg.
Police say suspects van is said to be similar to a 90’s model Astro van, maroon in color, with tinted windows.
The driver is being described as a white man, approximately 30-years-old, with an average build and short dark hair. The passenger is being described as a white woman, also about 30, with an average build and shoulder-length curly or wavy blonde hair.
