ANOTHER GREAT NIGHT!

The cool and comfortable weather will last a little bit longer before some more unsettled conditions work back into the area. It’s a beautiful evening, with barely a cloud in the sky. Temperatures fall out of the 70s and into the 60s. Through the night, some clouds build into the region. It still feels quite comfortable, with lows in the 50s to lower 60s.

STORM CHANCES RETURN

A complex storm system continues to thicken up clouds gradually through Saturday. The system’s warm front ushers in more humid air during the afternoon. It’s a lot warmer too, and more summerlike, with highs in the lower to middle 80s. A late day shower or thunderstorm is possible as the warm front approaches. A better chance for showers and thunderstorms arrives Sunday along a cold front. Some of the storms could be strong to severe. Damaging winds and hail are the main threats right now. It’s sticky and humid again, with highs in the middle to upper 80s. The cold front hangs around Monday, so showers and thunderstorms are possible again Monday. Highs are in lower 80s. Less humid air rushes in late Monday.

COOLING OFF AGAIN

The cold front clears the region by Tuesday. Cooler air rushes in behind it, and brings more days with below average high and low temperatures. Tuesday is the coolest day, with partly sunny skies and highs in the middle to upper 70s. Wednesday the area slowly warms into the lower 80s under plenty of sunshine. Thursday temperatures continue to edge closer to seasonable averages, and the sunshine continues. Friday, the warmth and some humidity return. There’s a chance for a few isolated thunderstorms, but the day looks mainly dry. Highs are in the upper 80s.

Have a great weekend!
