Man rescued from Steelton flood waters, arrested on outstanding warrant
A man was arrested on outstanding warrants after being rescued from rising flood waters in Steelton on Sunday night, investigators said.
According to police reports, 41-year-old Phillip T. Davis’ vehicle became submerged in high water near Wood and Chambers Street around 7:24 p.m.
After being rescued from the rising water–investigators discovered that Davis had active warrants out for his arrest.
He was subsequently arrested and taken to the Dauphin County Booking Center for processing.
