Police on the scene of a shooting in York. It happened at about 2:28 pm near the intersection of West Clark Avenue and North Newberry Street. One person was rushed to York Hospital.
The victim is identified as Anthony Colon, of York. Colon suffered a gunshot wound to the torso. Investigators say the shooting followed an altercation.
