A local business makes a big move.

But, before it closes its doors for good, the owners give back to the community that gave them so much.

After spending decades on West Market Street,  Megatronix is moving to a new home in Manchester Township. On Saturday, the owner gave away everything at its former location– for free.

The family owned business saw hundreds of people go in and out of its doors Saturday. People camped out late Friday night just to get their hands on the free items that ranged from toys to lamps and stereo equipment.

“With the economy and having to downsize, we wanted to give back to the community, and it’s all free. Just come and take it,” co-owner Tina Supenia said.

Owners also say this is their way of advertising the move.

During the giveaway, customers were allowed to fill up two bags per person at a time. But, those same customers could get back in line as many times as they wanted to fill bags again.
