Harrisburg City Police say a homeless man deliberate set a fire in a city home. It happened at about 11:35 pm on July 11, in the 900 block of North 3rd Street.
Allen Dawes, 32, no known home address, was arrested today. He was also found to be in possession of a crack pipe. Charges against Dawes include Arson, Risking a Catastrophe and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
