Mid Penn Media Day

At Cumberland Valley High School, the Mid-Penn Conference held their annual high school football media day.

The highlight of the day was a power outage later in the afternoon to give everyone a break.  That’s something you don’t get a lot of when it comes to your schedule in this league so you better take the field with confidence as the head coach of Susquehanna Township does.

Joe Headen, Susquehanna Township Head Coach

“Susquehanna Township is the favorite in our division.  We can’t sit back anymore.  We told our kids that we used to not talk about the playoffs and about not being successful but this summer we talked about playoffs.  We want to be the best team in our division.”

Rob Klock, Lower Dauphin Head Coach

“I think that anybody could have a shot at it.. we’ll see.  We’ll see how it plays out.  I think that everybody, nobody can take a week off put it that way.  Everybody has to be focused each week and that’s tough to do, especially with high school kids.”
