Pennsylvania State Police charge two suspects in a series of armed convenience store robberies in Franklin County. Nikki Lee Smith, 27, and Christopher David Leturgey, 28, both of Chambersburg are in custody.
Investigators say the pair robbed two gas stations in Greene Township, the Fuel Up and Pit Stop both along Philadelphia Avenue and the Uni-Mart on LWW in St. Thomas Township.
A search was executed at Smith’s home and state police recovered the two firearms allegedly used in the robberies as well as the clothing worn by Smith during the robberies.
Following arraignment both men were sent to Franklin County Prison in lieu of $100,000 bail each.
