Hundreds of dogs from all over the country and world will be participating in conformation competitions where they’re judge on their appearance and how well they fit the standard for its breed.

There will also be rally and obedience competitions.

Vendors will also be on site, offering everything from homemade dog teats to pet massages.

A portion of the proceeds will go to local animal charities, including the HKC K-9 Foundation with supports the Harrisburg Police Department’s K-9 Unit. That money will go to purchasing food for the K-9 dogs as well as paying for vet visits and medical costs.

Also, if a child under the age of 12 brings a new stuffed animal, one adult they’re with will get in for free. All the stuffed animals will then be donated to local hospitals where they will be given to sick children.
