A York County man was injured on Aug. 6 after police say his sister-in-law stabbed him in the face and arms with a set of darts during an argument over DVDs.
Officers responded to a home at the Medowbrook Court mobile home park in Fairview Township around 6:08 p.m. for an active domestic dispute.
Police said Ayana Castro, 20, and her brother-in-law were fighting over the return of some DVDs when the argument spiraled out of control.
Castro allegedly grabbed 5 darts and stabbed her brother-in-law and then bit him on the arm when he ordered her to leave his home, investigators said.
Police charged Castro with simple assault, criminal trespass and harassment. Castro was taken to York County Prison and was later released after posting $2,500 bail.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Aug. 28.
