An approaching storm system has spread plenty of showers across the region, and periods of rain will continue through the morning. Some of the rainfall will be heavy at times, making for a sloppy morning commute for many. The rain breaks up a bit during the early afternoon, and the clouds may even thin a bit for some. Soon enough, heavy showers and perhaps a couple heavy thunderstorms pop back up. A couple thunderstorms could be on the stronger side if some sun briefly pops out, producing some strong, damaging winds. It’s a cool, breezy, and humid day, with highs in the 70s. Occasional rain, with heavier periods, continues through the evening and into the overnight. As the system pull out of the region, we begin to dry late, but some showers still linger near daybreak. Rain totals range from 1 to 2 inches, with some heavier amounts possible. Some flooding is possible along small creeks/streams and poor drainage roadways.
Wednesday is overall a much drier day. There will still be some spotty showers during the morning, and perhaps an afternoon thunderstorm. It’s a breezy day with highs in the middle to upper 70s. Cooler air comes rushing in late Wednesday into the overnight and cools our temperatures. There will be plenty of clouds Thursday, and perhaps a passing shower. Highs are in the lower to middle 70s! Friday brings a little more sunshine, and temperatures are a little less cool. Highs are in the middle to upper 70s.
WARMING BACK UP

A thunderstorm is possible on Sunday, otherwise expect a mixture of clouds and sunshine with highs in the middle 80s. Monday brings a better chance for some thunderstorms. It’s warmer and humid, with highs in the middle to upper 80s.
Have a great Tuesday!
