Vivian Lyzette Sanchez, 29, was in such a hurry to fled Lancaster County’s Rockvale Square shopping complex before police arrived she dropped her wallet with her PA photo drivers license inside.

Last weekend East Lampeter Township Police responded to a theft in progress at the Carter’s Outlet store.  They were told that a hispanic woman with a young child and an infant was seen concealing clothing in a black bag. The suspect became aware that she had been spotted taking merchandise and hastily ran out of the store with the children. She reportedly quickly tossed the children into a silver 1992 Toyota Camry with PA registration plate JJV-7021 without safety restraints and drove westbound on Lincoln Highway East.

While running to her car Sanchez dropped the black bag which contained $78.48 worth of stolen Carter’s clothing, a set of pliers and her drivers license.

Because of prior retail theft dispositions Sanchez faces a charge of Felony Retail Theft. She remains at large. Anyone who may know of her whereabouts is urged to contact East Lampeter Township Police at (717) 291-4676.
