Harrisburg man caught trying to sell 2 pounds of marijuana

Police in Fairview Township arrested a 36-year-old Harrisburg man following a drug investigation.

During the investigation officials learned that  Leroy Robinson, of the 2400 block of Reel Street in Harrisburg, would be in possession of marijuana and trying  to deliver it to another person at the Fireside Cafe along Old York Road, Fairview Township.

Police say around 4:20 p.m. police stopped Robinson in the parking lot of the Cafe and found him in possession of 2 pounds of marijuana. Robinson later admitted to police that he was trying to sell the drugs.

Robinson was arrested and charged with Possession With Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance police said.

He was taken to the York County Booking Center where he was arraigned and released on non-monetary supervised bail.
