COOL NIGHT: It’s been a great fall feeling day. As we move toward evening, any showers will fizzle and clouds will fade away. Temps are in the 60s. Overnight, we clear and cool off to the low and middle 50s. Keep those windows open tonight!
FALL-LIKE FRIDAY: Friday is another fall like day. As cooler air funnels in, highs will be held in the middle 70s despite good work form sunshine. Periods of clouds pass in the afternoon. It’s a dry day. Evening plans will not be impacted. It’s cool though, so take a light jacket for plans.
WEEKEND: Saturday looks spectacular. Highs are nudged up to near 80°. It’s a good looking, mostly sunny day with low humidity. Clouds roll in later. Sunday is a different story. Expect humidity and clouds to return to the forecast. A fast moving system moves through, scattered showers and storms will move through at some point in the day. Highs are in the low to middle 80s.
BEACH: The first look at the beach forecast shows a generally mild, sunny trip from the Jersey to Maryland Shores. Expect highs closer to 80° on Friday and Saturday and mid 80s for Sunday. We’re mostly sunny all weekend, but on Sunday some more clouds may move along the Jersey Shore, with a small chance for a shower. Water temps are in the middle 70s with 2-4ft waves. Enjoy the sand and water!
NEXT WEEK: Much of next week looks a bit unclear. However, we do expect the pattern to flatten out, which means we’ll see closer to average or above average highs – in the middle 80s. We’re watching a slow moving wave move east for mid-week. Right now, unsettled weather looks possible Tuesday into Wednesday before fading by late week. The confidence on this is in the lower end, so check back through the weekend for more.
