Fire breaks out in York City

An early morning fire that broke out Friday has displaced three people in York and is now ruled arson.

According to the York City Fire Department the fire broke out at 119 North West Street just before 12:30 a.m. Friday. The fire spread to a neighboring row-home.

Officials said everyone did make it out safely.

State police and fire marshal are still investigating the cause of the fire.

The American Red Cross is helping two adults and one child who were displaced.
