A 3 alarm fire broke out overnight in York city leaving 6 adults and 2 children displaced.

Officials say the fire started at 1:53 a.m. at a row home along the 100 block of Manchester Street in York. The fire spread quickly to neighboring units. Firefighter’s arriving on scene said that a firefighter and one other person were burned during the fire, but they are expected to recover.

The cause of the fire is still being investigated. Estimated damage is at $200,000.
