UNSETTLED WEEK: It’s back to the seasonal feel with a more progressive pattern set up for this week. A stationary front will rest to our south as a wave rolls along it for midweek, bumping up our rain chances. We’re expecting a mostly cloudy week with highs in the low to middle 80s and a return to the muggy air.
START: For today, expect increasing clouds from the south through the day. A stray shower is possible, but it looks mainly dry. Highs hit the low to middle 80s. Tonight we may see some passing showers under mostly cloudy skies. Lows are in the middle 60s. Tuesday, it’s mostly cloudy with isolated storms possible in the afternoon. Highs hold in the middle 80s.
MIDWEEK: The wave rolls in for Wednesday into Thursday. This will bring rounds of showers and thunderstorms to the forecast. Expect highs in the low 80s with plenty of clouds and periods of showers, heavy at times. The rain looks to taper by Friday with only a few lingering showers.
WEEKEND: It looks like the unsettled weather will take a break for the weekend, but it’s too close to call for sure. Highs are near 80° at this time with partly to mostly cloudy skies. Keep checking back for more details as we approach the next weekend.
