A Mechanicsburg man is accused of duct taping his kidnapping victim to a chair inside a house in Silver Spring Township, Cumberland County. David Bushman, 25, of Mechanicsburg, is charged by Silver Spring Township Police on kidnapping, false imprisonment and theft charges. The incident occurred on August 20th. Bushman allegedly placed duct tape around the victim’s head and mouth, as well as legs. Police say Bushman stole a cell phone and a credit card from within the residence. Bushman turned himself into Silver Spring Township Police this afternoon.
