York Fair selects 2014 Fair Queen

Alana Eisenhour, of Wellsville, is crowned as the 2014 York Fair Queen. The 18 year old attends Penn State York as an Agri-Business major. She graduated from Northern High School and has been active in livestock shows at York Fair since she was 8 years old.

Ms Eisenhour, shows Black Angus cattle as a member of the 4-H Beef Club. She has also been a member of the Gifford Pinchot FFA since 7th grade.

The York Fair Queen makes public appearances during the York Fair and represents the Fair throughout the year at many community and special events. She will also attend the statewide Pennsylvania Fair Queen competition in Hershey in January 2015.

York Fair first ever Queen, Nicole McCord, of Delta passed on the crown to Eisenhour.
