Parking tickets to cost more in Lemoyne

Lemoyne Residents are reminded that Borough Council voted to increase the fine associated with parking tickets on July 10, 2014.

Tickets will increase to $25.00 at the time of the violation, if paid within twenty-four (24) hours.  The fine will then increase to $50.00 if paid thereafter but within seventy-two (72) hours.  After seventy-two (72) hours the conviction will be set by a District Justice and the fine will be no less than $100.00 dollars but not more than $1000.00 and the cost of prosecution.

This ordinance will begin to be enforced on September 1, 2014.  Below is a copy of the ordinance for your review also.
