UPDATE: Man arrested in connection to attempted abduction

UPDATE: Police in Middletown, Dauphin County have made an arrest in an attempted abduction.

Police say Roberto Romero, is facing charges in connection with the crime, that happened around 12:35 Saturday afternoon.

They say a woman was walking toward Adelia Street, when she was approached by Romero.  He tried to force her into his mini-van, however she was able to get away and call police.

Romero was taken into custody and is charged with Indecent Assault, Kidnapping for Ransom and Stalking. He was remanded to Dauphin County Prison on $50,000 bail, however was able to post bail before being transported to the prison.
