North Carolina kidnapping suspect arrested in York City

A North Carolina man, wanted on a kidnapping charge, is arrested by deputy United States Marshals in York City. , The Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office in Fayetteville had obtained an arrest warrant last May charging 21 year old B.J. Jacquez Rice with kidnapping, assault and robbery.

Rice was arrested this morning without incident in the 200 block of West Jackson Street.  He remains in custody pending an extradition hearing.
