A Dauphin County man is charged with locking three children he babysat in a closet. Dennis Kinsey, 43, of Lykens, is accused of locking the chirldren, two boys, 7 and, 5 years old and a 3 year old girl in their bedrooms without food and the ability to use a bathroom. They were confined for hours on several occasions spanning from March 2009 until October 2010. According to court papers, the children were afraid to tell their parents because Kinsey threaten them.
Kinsey, already held on unrelated charges in the Dauphin County, is charged with Felony Unlawful Restraint, False Imprisonment, Endangering Welfare of Children and Misdemeanor Recklessly Endangering another Person.
