Police charge a Lancaster City man in two robbery incidents at the Tanger Outlets last year. East Lampeter Township Police say on October 11, 2013 Stefon Thomas Landing, 19, allegedly used force against a Polo Outlet store employee to take possession of some merchandise.
The second incident, a retail theft, happened on September 28, 2013 also at the Polo Outlets complex along Lincoln Highway East.
Landing was charged on August 26 with Robbery and Criminal Conspiracy in the first incident. And one count of Retail Theft and Conspiracy to Commit Retail Theft in the September incident.
Landing is being held in Lancaster County Prison after failing to post $50,000 bail.
