Jerry Sandusky Questioning Accomodations

Former Penn State assistant football coach, Jerry Sandusky, is facing a new sexual abuse lawsuit.

The latest suit was filed on behalf of an 18-year-old who claims that Sandusky molested him several times about six years ago.

The individual, identified only as D.F., is seeking more than $50,000 in damages from Sandusky, his former charity, “The Second Mile”, as well as Penn State University.

The victim alleges he met Sandusky at an event sponsored by “The Second Mile” when he was just 8-years-old.

The lawsuit was filed in a Philadelphia courtroom on August 26th, but only became known on Wednesday.

Jerry Sandusky was convicted of 45 counts of child sexual abuse in 2012.

He is currently serving out a 30 to 60 year prison sentence.
