CHAMBERSBURG, Pa(WPMT)- The owner of a Franklin County home improvement business is charged with Indecent Exposure and Open Lewdness.

State Police say  54-year-old Douglas Eugene Gayman was hired by a Chambersburg family to do some small improvement jobs inside their home.  Last Wednesday, September 7, Gayman was working on an upstairs project, while the adult female victim was working downstairs.

Gayman then came downstairs to speak to the victim.  When the victim turned around to speak with Gayman, she was startled to see him naked with his genitals exposed.  The victim voiced her displeasure and he left the home. Gayman who owns Gayman Construction Company Inc., had worked for the family for several months leading up to this incident.

State Police say anyone who has had similar experiences with Gayman and would like to report to call the Chambersburg barracks at (717) 264-5161.
