Man arrested, another sought in Harrisburg fatal shooting

HARRISBURG (WPMT)-A man has been arrested and another is being sought in connection with the May shooting death of 35-year-old Ronald McGruder in Harrisburg.

Miles Cooke, 30, and his brother Justin A. Cooke, 29, both of Harrisburg, are each charged with first degree murder and conspiracy to commit murder, investigators said.

According to police, McGruder was gunned down along the 1100 block of Hanover Street on May 30.

Miles was arrested Friday and taken to Dauphin County Prison in lieu of $350,000 bail. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Oct. 27.

Police are still looking for Justin.
