ATF agents returned to the scene of a fiery explosion that happened Sunday afternoon along the 200 block of Vinegar Ferry Road in East Donegal Township, Lancaster County.  Agents are lending their expertise in explosives to help determine the cause of the fire.  It happened when three men were preparing fireworks for an upcoming show.  One of them, George Chronister, suffered first degree burns to his back and legs.  He was taken to Crozer-Chester Burn Center where he's expected to make a full recovery.  Police say they're lucky no one was killed.
