A Central York School District student is in prison for making threats against other students. The student, Richard Lussier, 18, was removed from school last week.

Lussier was charged with two counts of Terroristic Threats based on information developed in the investigation. He was arraigned today and is currently in York County Prison on $ 100,000 bail.

Dr. Michael Snell, superintendent of Central York School District, says police will be increasing their presence around the district in the coming weeks. Uniformed officers will be on campus every day to help students feel safe.

In court document obtained by FOX43 News, Lussier is alleged to have texted a threat to kill another student on October 9th. Additionally, Lussier threatened to “cut (the student) up and rip his flesh off.” He said, “I am willing to kill for my pleasure.”

Later on the same day, Lussier texted, “remember, I am coming for Halloween no joke, I’m coming to kill everyone.”

Parents were notified by phone calls and emails on Tuesday.

"Especially with things that are going on in society today, you just can never be too careful," says parent Dajuana Morris. "Granted, sometimes it may just be a bluff or it may just be heated emotions, but still."

Lussier told police he had been bullied his whole life and is tired of it. He told investigators he Googled “brutal ways of killing” after watching the movie ‘Halloween.’ Lussier and the student he threatened had a verbal altercation on October 9th, according to police. Lussier said he hatched a plan to “brutally kill the people who have harmed me.” He planned to purchase or obtain ” a blunt object, a meat cleaver, machete, or an axe and come to school on the 30th and kill ( the student) by cutting his head off.” He also mentioned he intended to beat or kill a second student.

The Springettsbury Township Police Department says this incident is still under investigation.
